Therapy (Catharsis)
A small, explorative zine looking in to more avenues of catharsis, the ways in which we apply ourselves into many different outlets to ultimately try and remove depressive and corrupting emotion/thought from our subconcious. Be it through "therapy" in the early-mid 1900's where ECT (Electro Convulsive Therapy) was a legitimate method of antidepressant therapy, where people are essentially lobotomised in the search of solice, to escape their mental demons. More avenues consisting of elements such as religion, where we attach ourselves to the idea of a better life after death, the ultimate escape. Taking great influence from the likes of Frued, Aristotle and Dr Siletti. An ambiguous, uncomfortable style, for an equally ambigous and uncomfortable topic.
